Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of using the ETPP application on employee performance at the Kulon Progo Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service. The population in this study was employees at the Kulon Progo Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service and the sampling technique used was a saturated sample of 50 people. Data collection methods were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques use multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression, t test and determination test. The results of the multiple correlation analysis for the presence variable obtained a value of 0.455, which means it has a moderate correlation, and the Activity Input value obtained was 0.571, which means it is moderate. The results of the multiple regression obtained the regression equation Y= 6.994+0.673X1+0.739X2, the constant obtained was 6.994. The Presence variable has a coefficient of 0.673. The value was 0.673 and the activity input variable obtained a value of 0.739. The values 0.673 and 0.739 mean that if the values of the employee expression and activity input variables increase by 1 unit and other variables are considered constant, the employee performance level will be 0.673 and 0.739, respectively. The determination test obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.368, meaning that 36.8% of employee performance can be explained using employee presence and activity input variables, 63.2% (100% -36.8%) is influenced by other variables not studied such as the environment, incentives, and motivation. The test results obtained t of 1.677 and tcount of the Presence variable (X1) of 2.294. So the dong value is greater than the table value (2,294 > 1.677). This means that the null hypothesis which states that there is no positive and significant influence between Epresence on employee performance is rejected and the work hypothesis (H1) which states that there is a positive and significant influence between Epresence on employee performance is accepted. The employee activity input variable (X2) is 3,809. So the thining value is greater than the table value (3,809 > 1.677). The working hypothesis (H2) which states that there is a positive and significant influence between activity input on employee performance is accepted. Based on the SPSS output results above, with a level of significance, a = 0.05 with a confidence level of 95% with Frabe n-k-1, a Fable of 1.60 is obtained, while the result of the Fin variable expression and activity input is 15,276. So the Fang value is greater than the Fable value (15.276 1.60) or the sig value is 0.00 (P < 0.05). This means the working hypothesis (H3) states that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the expression and input variables. activities on employee performance are simultaneously accepted. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the Kulon Progo Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service should be able to implement ETPP well for employees.
